Cancellations/Refunds/Chargebacks: Cancellations of booked Deals and Packages are permitted only up to 15 days from the booking date & no cancellation charges shall be levied on the total price paid.
No refunds permissible if certain ride/s or attractions are non-functional on a particular day, irrespective of declarations of availability made. Suitable replacement will be provided for the same.
Hilers is not responsible for any change required in change of date,games,menu or value for the package once bought or redeemed.
